VPS DISASSEMBLY
The VPS has been designed to ensure an easy, quick and tool-free disassembly.
To remove the VPS system from the helmet, open the chin guard and lower the VPS by pushing the side slider forwards (Fig. 8 B).
Hold the right side part of the VPS and pull the VPS to front of the helmet (Fig. 9 A) in order to release it from the side frame inside
of the shell.
Repeat the same operation on the left side of the helmet (Fig. 9 B).
VPS ASSEMBLY
To assemble the VPS system, open the helmet chin guard and make sure the side slider is in forward position (Fig. 8 B).
Insert the VPS left end into the left side frame inside the shell until you hear a click providing the fastening of the VPS (Fig. 9 B).
Repeat the same operation on the right side (Fig. 9 A).
Make sure the VPS operates correctly by activating and deactivating it according to the instructions above.

If the visor and/or VPS opening/closing mechanisms are damaged or malfunctioning, do not use the helmet and con-
tact immediately a Nolan authorized dealer.
WIND PROTECTOR
This accessory allows improved helmet performance under certain conditions of use.
The Wind Protector reduces unpleasant infiltrations of air under the chin.
See Fig. 10 for the assembly and disassembly.
WARNING!!!
The Wind Protector can be easily removed. You can check the correct assembly of this accessory by pulling it gently towards the
inner part of the helmet with your thumb and forefinger. If it moves, repeat the assembling operations.
REMOVABLE INNER COMFORT PADDING
To remove and/or reassemble the inner comfort padding, open the helmet chin guard and lift the VPS.

DISASSEMBLY OF THE CHEEK PADS
1.1 Open the chin strap (see specific instructions) and pull the front part of the left cheek pad towards the inside of the helmet to
release the snap fasteners on the rear of the pad (Fig. 11 B).
1.2 Remove the padding of the left cheek pad from the helmet by pulling the left chin strap out of the cheek pad slot.
1.3 Repeat these steps with the padding of the right cheek pad.
NOTE: Do not remove the polystyrene cheek pads.
