Protective equipment

Automatic motor breaker
Compressors serially have an internal automatic motor breaker. Compressors WARRIOR 255 and WARRI-
OR 435 are equipped with external automatic motor breaker. Positioning an external automatic motor break-
er marked with special plate. When faults appear (e.g, by overheating, etc.) motor protection is activated and
stops the power supply. In this case see malfunctions overview on page 26, p.G.

Switch
Compressors are equipped with a switch (1), which can
also be used as an emergency switch.


Safety valve
Safety valve (2) is activated when the maximum allowable
pressure in the air receiver is exceeded by 10%.
I = ON
0 = OFF
Position I: ON.
Position 0: OFF.
Sticker Meaning
Inhibition: do not pull the plug until the com-
pressor is switched off.
Warning on rotating components by automat-
ic startup.
Sticker Meaning
Warning on hot surfaces.
Indicates the position of an external auto-
matic motor breaker.
