C. Environment & safety
The board is designed in accordance with standards:
- EN 12015, EMC emissions standards
- EN12016, EMC immunity standards
- EN 61000, Current harmonics standards
- EN 81.20 and EN 81.50, Lift standards
The controller must be installed in a clean, dry room, only accessible to authorised personnel. Follow the precautions
and instructions indicated below to ensure your safety as well as that of your surrounding environment, and to
protect your equipment from possible damage.
The temperature in the room must not exceed 40°C or be lower than 5°C.
Humidity must not exceed 90% at 25°C and the area must be free of condensation.
The atmosphere must be non-conductive, non-explosive, and non-corrosive.
The system works up to 2000m of altitude, beyond that altitude a coefficient must be applied to standard clearance..
The temperature for storage and transport must be between -25°C and +85°C.
Note that provisional mode should only be used during the assembly of the electrical part of the lift and by qualified,
trained personnel.
During the installation, secure and mark out a boundary around the electrical equipment box access point and close
off access to the lift shaft.
All safety devices must be installed and working, before the control cabinet is started up. The lift should only be
started by a trained, qualified person.
The work must be carried out when the electrical components are switched off and voltage free. Use only
double-insulated tools.
Protect yourself against any risk of electrostatic charge.
Ensure that there are no supply lines (water, gas, electricity, etc.) in the mounting area.
Use only the power supply that is recommended or supplied with the board.

The bed plate and all pieces of equipment must be grounded.
The ground wire must be connected through 2 holes and held with 2 screws in the ground terminal as shown
below:
