A. Concept
The Qi touch board is an electronic command and control unit for lifts. It is compliant with standard 81.20 and suitable
for new lifts or older lifts in need of modernization. It is suitable for lifts of different types, including traction drive,
positive drive, and hydraulic drive, serving set stops, with a lift cabin fitted out to transport passengers or passengers
and objects, with the lift car suspended by cables, a belt, chains, or cylinders, and moving along vertical or inclined
guides. It includes a colour touch screen, ergonomic menus and embedded help.
It has multiple connectivity and allows the CAN and hard-wired connections to be mixed, both on the landing and in
the car.
This leaflet lists the technical characteristics of the Qi touch board, the description of its interfaces, set-up, as well
as that of its ancillary modules (car top board/extension board, and landing boards). Be sure to read it in full before
putting the system into operation.
Just as the safety rules must be followed, so must the rules concerning the prevention of risks and accidents.
