1. Unscrew top cap.
2. Lift and remove the feeder arm.
3. Remove drum. For models 30 and 40 align crown to
remove pass collets.
4. Remove the two retaining collets, lift out the main
spindle.
5. Clean the drum bearings and washer.
6-7 Lift out the gear spindles and remove the gear as-
semblies.
6. Remove and inspect the pawls and pawl springs,
replace if necessary.
7. Assemble the pawls and springs, lightly oil the pawls,
check for correct operation (no sticking).
8. Lightly grease the ratchet and bearing surfaces, reas-
semble the gears.
9. Lightly grease and fit the gears, gear spindles and the
main spindle.
10. Strip and clean crown assembly. See the Servicing
Wavespring section in this manual.
Reassemble the drum, main spindle retaining collets and
feeder arm. Lightly grease the 'O' ring and top cap thread
before fitting.

1. Deckplatte abschrauben.
2. Führungsarm abheben und entfernen.
3. Trommel abnehmen. Für die Modelle 30 und 40 die
Krone ausrichten, um die Collets zu entfernen.
4. Trommellager und Scheibe entfernen und reinigen.
5. Reinigen der Trommellager und U-Scheiben.
6-7 Getriebewellen herausnehmen und die Zahnräder
entfernen.
8. Sperrklinken und Federn herausnehmen, auf Ver-
schleiß prüfen und gegebenenfalls erneuern.
9. Sperrklinken und Federn zusammensetzen, die
Sperrklinken leicht ölen und ihre Funktion prüfen (kein
Klemmen).
10. Die Oberflächen der Rastungen und Lager leicht
fetten, Getriebe wieder zusammensetzen.
