Disconnect Igniter Wire / Heaters

WARNING : High voltage can cause servere injury
and death. ONLY qualified RV service techincians
are autorized to remove this cover. Do not allow leak detecting
solutions to touch the electrical components. Many liquids are
electrically conductive and can cause a shock hazard, electical
shorts, and in some cases fire.
CAUTION: 12VDC supply connections are for low
voltage direct current only. DO NOT connect 120 or
240 VAC.

Pull gently when disconnecting igniter wire.

Failure to comply can cause permanent damage to power
board.
1. Carefully remove connector of igniter wire (Fig.3.C) from power
board (Fig.3,A). Do not pull directly on wire.
2. Remove power board cover screws (Fig.3,B) (2x); remove cover.
3. Disconnect AC heater wires (Fig.3,D) from terminals AC_HT_LO_2
and AC_HT_HI_2 at the power board.
Note:
Heaters are contained in canister located on back
right side of refrigerator.
4. If a 3-way model, remove the DC heater from the cooling system.
Lay aside.

Remove Fan

Skip this step if the refrigerator is not equipped with
a fan.

1. Remove fan thermostat screws (Fig.4,B) (2x); remove thermostat
(Fig.4,A). Save all parts.
2. On back of refrigerator, remove mounting screws (Fig.5,E) (2x)
from fan. Remove fan / bracket assembly (Fig.5,D) and lay aside.

Remove Burner and Electrode
