INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
To install the machine proceed as follows:
A.
Remove the lube pail by unscrewing the
relevant screw.
Remove the carter "U" (Fig.12) by un-
screwing the screws "Z" (Fig.12)
B.
Lift the column 'P' Fig.12 with an appro-
priate lifting tool (crane, fork lift) and a
belt of sufficient capacity (2000N). For this
operation it is required to be helped by a
second person. BE CAREFUL NOT TO
DAMAGE THE AIR HOSES. Introduce the
air hoses 'L' through the hole 'I' of the
cabinet 'C'.
Connect the air hose 'T' with the quick
connector 'G'.
C.
Mount the column 'P' as shown in Fig.12
and connect it to the cabinet through
shaft 'A', nut 'D' and the conical bush-
ings 'B'.
IMPORTANT!
THE NUTS 'D' MUST BE TIGHTENED ENOUGH
TO ELIMINATE ANY SIDEWISE CLEARANCE
BETWEEN THE COLUMN AND THE CABINET.

MONTAGE ET MISE EN OEUVRE
Pour le montage de la machine pro-
céder comme il suit:
A.
Démontez la boîte porte-lubrifuant
en dévissant la vis correspondante.
Démontez le carter "U" fig.12 en dé-
vissant les vis "Z" fig.12
B.
Soulever la potence 'P' Fig.12 avec
un moyen spécifique pour le lévage
(petite grue, chariot). Pour cette
opération il est conseillable de de-
mander l'aide d'une deuxième per-
sonne. FAIRE ATTENTION A NE PAS
ENDOMMAGER LES TUYAUX DE L'AIR.
Introduire les tuyaux de l'air 'L' à tra-
vers le trou 'I' dans le bâti.
Brancher le tuyau de l'air 'T' au
connecteur rapide 'G'.
C.
Monter la potence 'P' comme le
montre la Fig.12 et la fixer avec le
goujon 'A', les écrous 'D' et la bague
conique 'B'.
IMPORTANT!
LES ECROUS 'D' DOIVENT ETRE SERRES
SUFFISAMMENT POUR EVITER TOUT JEU
LATERAL ENTRE LA POTENCE ET LE BA-
TI.

3.0 MONTAGE UND INBETRIEBNAHME
Zum Zusammenbau des Geräts wie
folgt vorgehen:
A.
Der
Schmiermittelbehälter
abneh-
men,
beim
Abschrauben
Schraube.
Das Gehäuse "U" (Abb.12) abneh-
men,
beim
Abschrauben
Schrauben "Z" (Abb.12)
B.
Maschinensäule 'P' Abb.12 mit einem
geeigneten Hebemittel (Kleiner Kran,
Gabelstapler) und einem Halteband
mit ausreichender Tragkraft anheben
(200 Kg). Dieser Vorgang sollte von
zwei Personen durchgeführt werden.
DABEI DARAUF ACHTEN, DASS DIE
LUFTSCHLÄUCHE NICHT BESCHÄDIGT
WERDEN. Den Luftschlauch 'L' durch
die Bohrung 'I' in das Maschinenge-
häuse 'C' führen.
Die
Druckluftleitung
'T'
mit dem
Schnellanschluss 'G' verbinden.
C.
Die Maschinensäule 'P' wie in Abb.12
gezeigt montieren und mit dem Bol-
zen 'A', der Mutter 'D' und der koni-
schen Paßscheibe 'B' befestigen.
WICHTIGER HINWEIS!
DIE MUTTER 'D' MUSS SO FEST ANGE-
ZOGEN WERDEN, DASS ZWISCHEN
SÄULE UND GEHÄUSE KEIN SPIEL AUF-
TRITT.
