Damage from wrong cleaning agents
The use of aggressive cleaning agents can cause damage.
→ Do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
→ Use neutral cleaning agents with a pH of 6 – 8.
→ Do not use acids, caustic solutions, bases, paint strippers, unsuitable
regenerates or other aggressive cleaning agents.
→ Check the used cleaning agents with the manufacturer of the chemi-
cals that you are using.
9.1. Fill with material
Risk of injuries from components coming loose
Components can work loose unexpectedly while still connected to
the compressed air circuit when filling with material or during mainte-
nance / cleaning work.
→ Interrupt the compressed air supply before filling with material.
→ Interrupt the compressed air supply before maintenance / cleaning
work.
■ Pull the air hose [1-3] off the quick coupling [1-2].
■ Bleed the pressurized cup [1-10] using the bleeder screw [1-1].
■ Unscrew the pressurized cup lid [1-11].
■ Remove the drip-stop.
■ Fill the pressurized cup with material up to max. 2 cm under the edge of
the lid.
■ Insert drip-stop.
■ The bleeder hole of the drip-stop must point backwards when spray-
ing lying or standing objects, and forwards when working overhead.
■ Screw pressurized cup lid on and tighten by hand.
■ Connect the air hose to the pressurized cup lid using the quick cou-
pling.
9.2. Operation
■ Open the main air valve.
