2 Your safety is important to us
Risk of injury in case of damage / restrictions in function
This appliance may not be used under any circumstances if:
• the mains cable d or the power plug e is damaged,
• it is not functioning properly,
• it has been dropped or damaged,
• it has fallen into water,
• liquid or foreign bodies have got inside the appliance.
The appliance must be inspected and repaired by a Wella-authorised
Customer Service Centre in each of the above cases.
• In order to avoid a hazard due to inadvertent restting of the
thermal cutout (safety switch for protection against excessive
temperature), this appliance must not be supplied through an
external switching device, such as a timer, or connected to a curcuit
that regularly switched on and off by the utility.
Damage to property
• To prevent the appliance from soiling, do not operate the appliance
without the filter cover with air filter b.
• You will avoid discolouration of the appliance surface if you
immediately remove traces of products and dye in particular from
the plastic.
