Remark:
The problem is resolved and the machine is back to normal.
1) Manual mode, no impact. When the machine needs to work, it can be turned on.
2) In schedule mode, put the machine in front of the charging station, turn it on, and wait for the
arrival of the next appointment time.
1) Turn off the power, take the mower to a flat area, start to see if it
works.
2) If the message is still displayed, turn the mower upside down,
clean the front inside and other parts. Start to see if it works.
3) If the mower have been used for more than 2 years, change the lift
stop holder.
1) Check if there is anything preventing the wheels from moving. Turn
off the power then remove the obstruction. Start to see if it works
normally.
2) Check if the grass is too long for the mower ( e.g. more than
12cm), use a grass cutter to cut the grass first.
1) Turn off the power, check if the cutting height is too low, see if the
blade disc is touching the ground.
2) Turn off the power, check if there is anything stuck in the blade disc
that prevent it from rotating. Remove the obstruction, Start to see if it
works normally.
Turn off the power, take the mower to a flat area, start to see if it
works.
Put the mower in the charging station and charge it.
1) Check the connection of the charging station with the fence line,
make sure the fence line is well connected.
2) Check the fence wire to see if it's broke.
1) Turn the mower off, take the mower inside the fence line, restart.
2) Check the connection of the charging station with the fence line,
make sure the front tail connect with the red pole, rear tail connect
with the black pole.
Turn off the power and restart.
