Maintenance operations must be performed by skilled personnel only.
Before carrying out any maintenance operations, make sure that all the connections (even those
that are potential-free) are voltage-free.
Read the operating instructions for the electric pumps and the electric panel.

7.1 Routine maintenance

Periodically check the internal conditions of the basin. To do this, unscrew the cover and remove it. Clean
the basin at least once every year, especially around the areas where the float switches are located.
Always refer to the codes, regulations and standards locally in force.

7.2 Extraordinary maintenance

Use adequate equipment and protections. Observe the accident prevention regulations in force.
Lift and handle the pumps carefully, using suitable hoisting equipment
Use only original spare parts to replace any worn or faulty components.
For lifting stations equipped with drop device, the pump can be extracted using the handle by hooking a
rope or chain onto it.
Do not use the power cord to lift or move the electric pump.
For lifting stations equipped with PVC pipe fittings, the pump can be extracted after unscrewing the ex-
ternal union.
