RECOVERY PULSE MODE
1. Place your palms on both pulse sensors on the handle (3) and the display shows
your pulse to end training, but leave your palms on the sensors.
Press the RECOVERY button and then return your hand to the sensor immediately.

3. The display shows a countdown of 60 seconds. After the countdown, the display
will show your recovery heart rate (F1–F6, see table below).

• A compatible app is required to transfer the training data from the computer to your
mobile device.
• The computer can only transfer data to your mobile device when the two devices
are paired via Bluetooth
