5. TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
The product does not respond to the auxiliary
side panel
The product does not respond when pressing
the remote control or the leds of the remote con-
trol do not switch on.
All leds in the remote control are blinking.
The product does not respond when pressing
the remote control and the leds in the functions
area of the remote blink.
No function activates and a beep can be heard.
The water flow is lower than usual and the lights
blink three times every 5 seconds.
The cleaning function stops.
The cleaning function stops and the lights blink
twice every 5 seconds.
The cleaning function stops and the lights blink
twice every 5 seconds.
The cleaning function stops and the lights blink
4 or 5 times every 5 seconds.
The cleaning water is not warm.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
The device is turned off.
The product is unplugged or disconnected.
The batteries of the remote control are dead.
The batteries of the remote control are not pro-
perly placed.
The batteries in the remote control are running
low.
The device is turned off.
The remote control is not connected to the e-bi-
det.
The remote control cannot be connected to the
e-bidet. (The batteries are new and they are co-
rrectly placed).
The user is not seated properly and the sensor
is not working.
The water outlets in the tip might be blocked due
to limescale.
The pre-set cleaning time of 2 minutes has ex-
pired.
The infrared sensor has stopped detecting the
user. If the position during use is too forward, the
device might stop detecting the user.
Failure of power supply.
Not enough water is entering the In-Wash. The
shut-off valve is closed or there is a general su-
pply failure.
Not enough water is entering the In-Wash. The
water inlet filter is blocked.
Not enough water is entering the In-Wash. The
inlet flexible hose is pinched or bent.
Not enough water is entering the In_Wash for no
previous reason.
The water outlets of the tip might be blocked due
to limescale or there is a blockage in the water
circuit.
The water has heated up excessively.
The water is adjusted to room temperature.
The water heating tank is not working.
The temperature sensors are not working co-
rrectly.
The batteries in the remote are dead.
There is not enough water in the tank.
There is a power failure.

The power supply has been cut.
The engine of the nozzle has lost its position.
The pre-set drying time of 3 minutes has expired. This is normal. Reactivate the drying function.
The infrared sensor has stopped detecting the

SOLUTION
Press the Stop button on the auxiliary side panel.
Connect the device to the mains.
Replace the batteries. (See 4.1.4).
Verify that the batteries are placed in the correct
