Hydraulic Lifter and Three Point Linkage System
Problem
Hydraulic lifting arms shake, they are lifted with
vibration.
Hydraulic lifting arms cannot be lowered
completely.
Equipment slips to much, it does remain in the
set track, it does not retain its position and it
drops while being used with draw control.
Position control lever does not operate
(dysfunctional).
Hydraulic arms do not react, oscillate while
being used with draw control.

Possible Cause
Hydraulic unit oil level may be inadequate.
Hydraulic filter may be clogged.
The setting of the sensitivity tap may be incorrect.
Hydraulic flow control tap is closed.
The setting of the sensitivity tap may be incorrect.
Hydraulic lifting shaft setting mechanism may be
faulty or its connections may be loosened.
Rear cover support shaft may be stuck.
Hydraulic side cover lever are released from its
position, released off the pin and/or the spring,
sensitivity tap is closed in (-) position.
Setting of the sensitivity setting lever may be
incorrect.

Remedy
Top up the oil level.
Replace filter.
Check the setting of the sensitivity tap. Readjust
the sensitivity setting at (+) or (-) position as per
the assessment.
Bring the flow control tap to open position.
Check the setting of the sensitivity tap. Readjust
the sensitivity setting at (+) or (-) position as per
the assessment.
Call your authorized dealership.
Lubricate the shaft, call the authorized dealership
if it cannot be corrected.
Call your authorized dealership.
Perform the sensitivity setting again (sensitivity
setting tap). Inspect reaction setting lever.
