HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

DAMPER VALVES/QUICK CONNECTORS
Quick (fast) connectors are designed to allow quick and easy
equipment connection to the tractor.
Damper valves are produced with 4 outlets as standard.
It may differ in some models. These are manufactured
as spring-acted as standard. In some models, detented
(locked) model is available.
Oil inside the hydraulic lifter is used for the hydraulic power
obtained by the damper valves.
This power is used to operate equipment such as trailer,
loader, excavator and rotary plough etc.
Stop the engine before connecting an equipment to the
quick connectors.Reduce the system pressure with damper
valve control lever(s).
Lower the equipment suspended on the 3-point hitch
system, if installed. Clean the female and male unions, and
make the connection by pulling the ring on the female union
back.
Increase the engine speed as per the weight of the load and
use the damper valve control lever for power transfer to the
connected equipment. Lever is set to provide lifting when it
is pulled back in the factory.
Lever returns to neutral (centre) position automatically
when it is released and secures the connected equipment.
It would be adequate to use the lever in the opposite direction
to lower the equipment. Contact authorized services for
double-acting operation.
Warning:
set to 190 bar in factory. Attempting to take a higher pressure
shall damage the hydraulic pump. Check the hydraulic oil level
whenever an equipment is connected and disconnected to and
from the damper valve. Pay attention to use quick couplers
cleanly.
