Problem
Some of the consumers or all of them does not
operate when ignition is switched on.
Starter does not operate.
Battery charge light stays on when engine is

Steering is hard, rotates with difficulty.

Electrical
Possible Cause
Battery terminals may be loose or corroded.
Differential switch may be failing to engage.
Starter solenoid fuse may be blown.
Engine idling speed is low.
Alternator belt is loose.
Terminals are loose or corroded.
Belt is loose or worn.
Possible Cause
Connections are not made correctly.
System is overloaded.
Oil level may be low.
Oil filter may be clogged.
Tire pressures are low, tires may be worn.
Oil is not being transferred thoroughly within the system.
Quick connectors are not used with their pairs.
Dust and mud has caused pressure valve to be stuck open as the
covers are left open.

Remedy
Clean and tighten terminal connections.
Press the clutch completely, call your authorized
dealership.
Replace the relevant fuse.
Increase idling speed.
Check belt tension.
Clean and tighten terminal connections.
Check belt tension. If necessary, replace the belt.
Remedy
Make the hydraulic hose connections correctly.
Reduce load.
Check oil level. Top up oil level if required.
Replace filter.
Adjust the tire pressures to recommended values, replace worn
tires with new ones.
Wait for 3 seconds at least after starting the engine.
Use the pairs provided by the factory.
Keep the covers closed when no equipment is used.
