NOTE:
Check the filter unit after every dishwashing.
When necessary remove the filter unit, remove any scraps
of food, and clean the filter under running water.
The whole filter unit should be cleaned at least once a week.
WARNING!
Never run the appliance without the filter. Make sure to
replace the filter unit correctly, otherwise this will result in
inferior dishwashing and the appliance and the dishes can be
damaged.
Cleaning the filter
Clean the coarse filter and main filter with a dish brush. Fit the
filter unit as shown in the diagrams, replace the filter unit in the
appliance and press in place.
WARNING!
Do not expose the filter to knocks or strain when cleaning.
If the filter is deformed the dishwashing will deteriorate.
RINSE ARM
The rinse arm can be removed to be cleaned. Clean it under
running water and replace. Check that it can rotate freely.
Grip the middle of the rinse arm and release by pushing up.
Clean the rinse arm under running water and replace.
Check that it can rotate freely. If the rinse arm does not
rotate freely, check that it is properly fitted.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE

After each use
After every dishwashing, close the water tap and leave the panel
ajar to ventilate moisture and smells.
NOTE:
If the appliance is not going to be used for some time: Run a
wash cycle without dishes, close the tap, pull out the plug and
leave the panel ajar. This will make the panel seal last longer and
ventilate any moisture or smell.
Detergent
Do not use solvents or abrasive detergents on the outside of the
appliance or on rubber parts. Clean with a soft cloth moistened

with a mild detergent. Stains inside the appliance can be
removed with a cloth moistened with water and a little vinegar,
or with detergent intended for dishwashers.
Seals
Scraps of food in the seals can cause smells. Clean the seals
regularly with a damp sponge.
Control panel
Clean the control panel with a lightly moistened cloth and wipe
dry. The outside of the appliance can be treated with wax or
polish.
Clean the edge round the panel with a soft cloth moistened with
warm water. Do not use cleaning spray, which can penetrate the
panel lock or electrical components.
NOTE:
Do not use abrasive detergents or implements on any part of
the appliance.

or damage the stainless surface.
Transport
The appliance should if possible be moved and transported
upright. If necessary it can be put down on its back.

FROST PROTECTION

Follow the instructions below if there is a risk of the appliance
being exposed to frost.
1.
Disconnect the power supply to the appliance.
2.
Close the water tap and disconnect the inlet hose from the
connection.
3.
Drain the water from the inlet hose and connection in a
suitable container.
4.
Connect the inlet hose again.
5.
Take out the filter unit from the appliance and absorb the
water in the sump with a sponge.
NOTE:
Contact an authorised service centre if ice forms in the appliance.
