MAINTENANCE

8.1

Daily, by a trained operator.

Start the UV cycle (7.F.).
8.2

Weekly, by a trained operator.

Clean the troughs using a dry brush and if necessary use a plastic scraper to scrape off dough
residues that may be adhering to the felt parts.
Clean the outside of the machine at least once a week; wash the entire body using a non-abrasive
sponge and warm soapy water.
Rinse off using a non-abrasive sponge and dry carefully with a soft lint-free cloth.
Never wash the machine by hosing it down.
8.3

Monthly, by a trained operator.

Clean out the inside with a vacuum cleaner to remove accumulations of dough or flour on the chain
tracks and the frame.
Blow out the chains to remove any trace of flour.
8.4

Annually, by an approved agent.

Check and adjust chain tension.
Lubricate chain pivots.
Lubricate drive chain.
WARNING: DO NOT USE THICK OIL OR NON-FOOD-GRADE GREASE.
