Electrical Requirements
1. Your Tank Heater includes a permanently attached heavy gauge starting/jumper cable, which
should be connected to the battery of a running vehicle producing a minimum 12 Volt DC. The
cable is long enough to reach outside of the hazardous area. The 12 Volt DC will provide power to
the Pre Heat device.
2. A magnetic chord wrap is provided to store the power cable when temporary power is no longer
needed once the tank heat has been properly started. See Figure 10.
