Shut-down / Disposal of the installation
5.1
Shut-down of the installation
If the drive unit is not going to be used for several months, it is recommended to pull out the power plug respectively
to switch off the main installation switch
5.2
Taking the installation back into operation
Before taking the installation back into operation, the door must be checked and the area of the door respectively
the track rail must be cleaned.
In order to check the smooth running movement of the door, uncouple it by means of the manual unlocking
mechanism. Manually move the door to and fro on the entire length of its travel distance. Then switch on the mains
supply and check if the drive unit and the safety elements function correctly.
5.3
Disposal
Disassemble the drive unit and the accessories into individual parts in order to be able to recycle the different
materials. No particular measures have to be taken with regard to environmental protection.
