- Checking:
Has the door been completely opened?
If the OPEN position has not been reached, the reason for this opening obstruction must be found and eliminated,
upon which the setting-up procedure has to be restarted.
- Now the setting-up procedure is completed. The door closes with the programmed speed upon receiving a
respective impulse, or in the fully automatic mode upon expiry of the hold-open time
- Adjust the stop piece in the drive unit for the OPEN position (35). Slightly loosen the screws (36) and push the
stop piece until it touches the sliding carriage (37). Then push the stop piece back by approx. 5 mm (measure
20 mm) and tighten the screws (36). Fig. 14

Settings and error displays with the BEDIS
Connecting the service BEDIS to the terminal X7 allows you to make further settings in order to optimize the
installation. If an error occurs, the BEDIS will display the error code. Detailed information in this respect is given in
the "Setting instructions DBL-BEDIS" 0552-999/02.

Safety and functional checking
In the final phase of the commissioning, the correct function of all the connected safety and control elements is
checked.

If the setting-up procedure has not been correctly
completed, it can be repeated by actuating the RESET
key during at least 2 seconds while the mains
supply is switched on.
Every time after the mains supply has been switched
off, the first opening motion of the drive unit is
carried out with reduced speed.
The door installation must answer the requirements of the EU
regulations respectively of the safety prescriptions valid in
the country of application (FCOS1511, ZH 1/494, etc.).
