THE BURNER TRAY CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING PARTS:

OVO Low NOx burner is designed in such a way that it controls combustion products for Low NOx emissions.
HOT SURFACE IGNITERS
The igniter is made of high purity crystal recrystallized silicon carbide. This igniter is designed for long term reliability
and service.
AIR PRESSURE SWITCH
The air pressure switch is a device to insure that the blower is
operating and has been designed to monitor the Vacuum (negative)
pressure within the fan housing. The air pressure switch is in the
ignition module circuit and the ignition module does not operate
unless the switches are closed.
LOW GAS PRESSURE SWITCH
The pressure switch senses low gas pressure and automatically
shuts down the heater if gas supply drops below factory setting of
5 inches W.C.

Normal manifold pressure
*All Readings are taken with heater fired.
Any adjustments made with heater off will
give incorrect readings.
