Classic Agricultural Animal Confinement Building Heaters
Open the pilot access door and remove the two
screws that secure the pilot assembly to the burner.
See Fig. 20. Pull the control valve with pilot line and
pilot from the burner. Then remove the burner from
the heater. See Fig. 21. Replace or clean the parts as
needed.

Motor and Fan Wheel
Assembly
Classic 60 heaters:
1. Remove the four motor mounting plate screws and
lift the fan and motor assembly from the housing.
See Fig. 22.

2. Loosen the square head set screw and remove the
fan wheel from the motor shaft. Remove the four
motor mounting nuts that secure the motor to the
motor mount plate. See Fig. 23.

Classic 115 heaters:
1. Remove the case access at the end of the heater
opposite the burner.
2. Remove the air inlet ring mounting screws.

3. Loosen the fan wheel's square head set screws and
pull the fan from the motor shaft. See Fig. 25.
