Classic Agricultural Animal Confinement Building Heaters
Manual Shut-Off Valve,
Hose and Second Stage
Regulator Assembly
Refer to the following and Fig. 10 when installing a sec-
ond stage regulator to the animal confinement building's
main gas supply line.
1. Always use approved pipe thread compound suitable
for use with L.P. gas or natural gas on the threaded
connections.
2. Assemble the components together according to
the figure. This view is to show general assembly
of the components only. The regulator must always
be mounted so its vent, regardless of location on the
regulator, is always pointed downward.
3. Tighten all connections securely.

Assembly (Single Stage)
Fully accessorized Classic 60 and Classic 115 LP
gas heaters ship with a single stage regulator. This
regulator is designed ONLY for direct connection to
a tank or cylinder when using the heater in a stand
alone application. (One heater supplied with gas by
one regulator connected to one LP gas supply
container.) THIS REGULATOR SHALL NOT BE
USED AS A SECOND STAGE REGULATOR.
1. Always use approved pipe thread compound
suitable for use with L.P. gas or natural gas on the
threaded NPT connections.
2. Assemble the components together according
to the figures. Classic 60 heaters: see Figs. 11
A and 11 B. Classic 115 heaters: see Fig. 11 C.
Regardless od model, always install the regulator
so its vent, regardless of location on the regulator,
is always pointed downward, or install a protective
cover over the regulator.
3. Tighten all connections securely.
