established. Please try again later or

Why does the LCD not turn on?
A
Remove the battery and turn on the
power after placing it back in. If there
is no change, fully charge the battery
and try again.

Why is there an echo when a
connection is made with certain
telephones in a certain area?
A
This is called the 'Echo Phenomenon',
which occurs if the connection volume
is too high or caused by special
properties (semi-electronic telephone
exchange) of the equipment on the
other end.

Why does the phone heat up?
A
The phone may get hot when there is a
very long call duration or when games
are played or even when surfing the
Internet for a long time. This has no
effect upon the life of the product or
performance.
