Assembly Instructions for change-over valves
The pos. numbers refer to the sectional drawing on page 2.
3.2.1 Removal from pipe system
1.
Shut off line pressure.
2.
Loosen connection between the upper body and the connecting
pipe.
3.
NB! In case of design NC, the actuator must be controlled with
air.
Do not touch movable parts!
Risk of injury if the valve is unexpectedly activated.
4.
Remove the lower clamp (pos. 17).
5.
Lift up valve insert together with the upper body (pos. 16) and
remove from the lower body (pos. 20).
6.
NB! In case of design NC, shut off air supply.
7.
Remove control unit (pos. 1) from actuator (pos. 5).
(Turn ring anticlockwise.)
3.2.2 Dismantling of product-wetted parts
1.
Screw off cam.
NB! In case of design NO, the valve must be controlled by
means of air.
2.
Screw off nut (pos. 2) by holding up the centering washer
(pos. 3), remove centering washer.
3.
Pull shaft (pos. 18) out of the actuator and remove the seat seals
(pos. 19). (Assembly, see section 3.3.1)
4.
Remove the upper clamp (pos. 15) and the upper body (pos. 16).
Remove the two body seals (pos. 21).
(Assembly, see section 3.2.4)
5.
Remove yoke (pos. 6) from actuator (pos. 5).
6.
Remove seat seal (pos. 9), shaft seal (pos. 8) and bushing
(pos. 7).
