Remove body seal (pos.11). (Assembly, see section 3.1.5)
Remove cam.
Remove nut (pos. 2) by holding up the centering washer (pos. 3),
remove centering washer.
Pull the shaft (pos. 12) out of the actuator (pos. 5), remove seat
seal (pos. 13). (Assembly, see section 3.3.1)
Remove the yoke (pos. 6) from the actuator (pos. 5).
Remove seat seal (pos. 9), shaft seal (pos. 8) and bushing
(pos. 7). (assembly, see section 3.3.1)
Remove air hose from the actuator.
Remove screws from the adapter of the control unit.
Screw off the two seal screws and remove the seal kit (pos. 1,
page 67). Hold up the actuator by means of a strap wrench.
Install the greased seal kit (pos. 1, page 67) in the seal screw.
Push one seal screw over the piston rod at both sides of the
actuator and tighten them.
Secure the adapter for the control unit and the yoke on the top of
the actuator.
NB! Note position of adapter.
NB! Allow for the required valve NO or NC during the assembly
of the adapter and of the yoke.
Fasten air hose.
