2. Notes
2.3 Theoretical manufacturer's responsibility
The manufacturer's responsibility for the safety, reliability and fitness for use of its equipment
ceases if:
•
Installation, extensions, changes or repairs are carried out by people who have not been au-
thorised by the manufacturer to do so.
•
the electrical installation for the room in question does not meet the relevant regulations,
•
the equipment is not being used and/or installed in accordance with the user manual,
•
Components of parts of the equipment are replaced or even exchanged for equipment or
parts from another manufacturer.
We must make it explicitly clear that neither have original parts not delivered by us been checked
and approved for this equipment.
Installation or use of these products can therefore change the properties of the equipment and
impair safety. The manufacturer does not accept any liability for damage caused by the use of
non-original parts and accessories.
The manufacturer's guarantee is void if for parts stipulated as meeting the IP protection type if
they are dismantled independently or installed incorrectly.
We must point out that the electrical setting drive is not a toy for children!
Unsupervised operation of the drive is not permitted.
Neither is misuse of the applications for individual drives agreed and approved between manu-
facturer and customer (medical product manufacturer) proper use!
