Position and level the wall jamb [fixed panel side] as close from the exterior edge of the threshold as possible.
  • Page 8 STEP ÉTAPE ETAPA A. Slide out the cover from the wall fastener. From inside the shower, place the drilling template against the wall jamb as shown and mark the holes to be drilled. B. Drill the wall covering. INSIDE C. Fill the holes with a generous amount of silicone. INTÉRIEUR D.
  • Page 9 STEP ÉTAPE ETAPA A. Install the rollers on the door in the top holes as shown. [Do not over tighten the rollers] B. Insert the bottom sealing gasket on the bottom of the door. C. Place the door temporarily and safely inside the shower over cardboard.
  • Page 10 STEP ÉTAPE ETAPA A. Temporarily place the U-channel on the threshold against the wall jamb. Dry fit the fixed panel in the wall jamb and U-channel. Level and square. B. Measure the distance between the wall jamb and the edge of the fixed panel and remove 3/4'' from that measurement.
  • Page 11 STEP ÉTAPE ETAPA A. Remove tape film under the U-channel and put it on the bathtub or base deck against the wall jamb parallel to the outside edge. B. Apply silicone inside the wall jamb and the glass channel at the bottom. C.

Attach support bar to fixed panel using the panel fastener on the hole in the middle. Do not overtighten. C. Insert the wall fastener on the opposite side of the INSIDE support bar.

  • Page 17 STEP ÉTAPE ETAPA A. From inside the shower, close the door against the wall. Adjust the excentric part of the roller assemblies so the door magnet sits flat against the wall. B. Fasten both rollers in position using the assembly wrenches on the excentric parts to maintain the adjustment and on the nuts to tighten as much as possible.

  • Page 21 STEP ÉTAPE ETAPA A. Place the jig flat on the top of the header with the end against the wall bracket. Push the door bumper against the jig notch detail as shown. Place the positioning guide at the bottom of the back edge of the door. Open the door completely until the guide is in contact with the shower wall.
  • Page 22 STEP ÉTAPE ETAPA A. Close the door against the shower wall. Mark the position of the door on the wall. Open the door. B. Place the wall channel on the previosly marked position on the wall. Drill the holes and fasten with the provided screws.
