and comply with the safety instructions in order to prevent personal injury and
damage to property.

Intended Use
❐ This device is suitable for use as a stationary fi tness trampoline. It is not a toy!
❐ The maximum permissible body weight of the user is 120 kg.
❐ The device is for personal use only and is not intended for commercial or medical
applications.
❐ The device is suitable for use at home (Class H).
❐ Use the device only as described in the instructions. Any other use is deemed improper.
We wish to point out that improper or excessive use can be detrimental to your health!
❐ The following are excluded from the warranty: all defects caused by improper handling,
damage or unauthorised attempts at repair. This also applies to normal wear and tear.

Dangers of Injury
❐ Keep children and animals away from the device and packaging material.
❐ Do not leave children unsupervised with the device. Children must be supervised and
instructed on how to use the device correctly. The training device is in no way suitable
for use as a toy.
❐ This device should not be used by people with impaired sensory or mental faculties
or who do not have adequate experience and/or knowledge of such devices, unless
they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety, or have received instruc-
tions from such a person on how to use the device.
❐ Warm up suffi ciently before using the device and stretch your muscles after training.
❐ Start the exercises slowly and only increase the intensity gradually. Improper use of
the device and excessive training can be detrimental to your health.
❐ The device may only be used by one person at a time.
❐ Please consult your doctor before using the device if you belong to a health risk
group, if you have not done any sport for some time, if you have cardiac or cardio-
vascular system problems or orthopaedic problems. If necessary, coordinate your
training programme with him.
❐ Women should not use the device during pregnancy, or only after consultation with
a doctor.
❐ Stop training immediately if you suddenly feel weak or dizzy. If you feel sick, have
pain in your chest or arms, an irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath or other unu-
sual symptoms, seek medical attention immediately.
