8 - Lock the oil-dynamic control unit by rotating the
knob by 90° clockwise.
To reset the hydraulic control unit, shift the unlocking
lever (fi g. 8) to "OPEN" position and then move it again
to "CLOSE" position.
5.2 ADJUSTING THE BARRIER
POSITION
When the barrier position must be adjusted, act on
the horizontal stop pad of the beam (fig.4 pos. D)
as follows:
- Loosen the screw (fi g.4 pos. A).
- Rotate the cam (fi g. 4 pos. B) in one direction or the
other until reaching the desired position.
- Re-tighten the screw (fi g.4 pos. A).
- A similar stop device (fi g.4 pos. C) is also positioned
along the vertical side of the beam.
- In case, adjust the vertical position according to
the instructions above.
5.3 ADJUSTING THE BARRIER
OPENING/CLOSING
This adjustment allows to set the operating time of
the barrier during closing and opening, and to delimit
its working range.
- Check the arrival points of the barrier doing some
tests.
- In case, act on the stop cams (fi g.17) positioned
inside the barrier body by moving them away or
near the micro-switches.
Information
Do not remove the screws "C" completely. Just
loosen them.
- Check the intervention of the limit switches and
ensure the rubber pads (fi g.18) fi tted to the cam
are not compressed too much.
- In case, loosen the screw "D" and slightly rotate
the pads using an iron pin. Hold the pin into the
holes of the metal ring to prevent pads from moving
from the required position while tightening the
screw "D".
