3. Connect the control box' s
blue wire (C4) to the
winch' s blue cap.
4. Connect the control box' s
thin black wire to the
winch' s negative terminal
bolt (bottom)
5. Connect the control box' s
red battery cable (C2) to
the battery' s positive
terminal.
6. Connect the black battery cable to the winch' s negative terminal.
7. Connect the other end of the black battery cable (#28) to the battery' s
negative terminal.
8. Lift the socket cover exposing the electrical switch connector. Insert the
pendant connector into the socket.
9. Disconnect the pendant controller when not in use.
OPERATION
REMOTE
1. Press the lower part of the remote' s switch to
Power Out. The cable will spool out of the
fairlead.
2. Press the upper part of the remote' s switch to
Power IN. The cable will retract into the drum.
3. There is a slight delay when switching from one
direction to the other.
4. The winch may stall at the maximum load (see
Specifications).

BEFORE FIRST USE

The steel cable must be broken-in before using to pull a heavy load. The break-
in process will stretch the cable, ensure the individual wires are seated and the
wire compacted.
1. Position the vehicle on a flat surface approximately 60 ft distance from a
suitable anchor point, such as a large tree.
