Align the winch perpendicular to
the vehicle's centerline of the
vehicle at the desired location.
Mark the bolt holes you will use
to connect the winch to the
structure. Compare the
dimensions of the marked
holes.

Before drilling, verify that the
installation surface has no
hidden components or
structural pieces that will be
damaged.
5.
Drill holes for the hardware at
the marked locations.
6.
Install the winch using the included hardware. Do not weld the mounting
bolts in place.
OPERATION
REMOTE
1.
Press the IN button. The red LED above the
button will glow and the cable will retract into
the drum.
2.
Press the OUT button. The green LED above the
button will glow and the cable will spool out.
3.
There is a slight delay when switching from
one direction to the other.
4.
Both LEDs will flash when the battery voltage
is below 10.8V. The battery requires recharging
or replacement.
5.
The winch may stall at the maximum load (see
Specifications). Winch protection will activate
after two seconds and both LEDs will flash.
BEFORE FIRST USE
The steel cable must be broken-in before using to pull a heavy load. The break-
in process will stretch the cable, ensure the individual wires are seated and the
wire compacted.
