TORCHES IN OPTION
- Push Pull torch (option ref. 046283)
The Push Pull torch is connected to the connector (FIG 1 - 15).
Using a Push Pull torch will enable the use of AlSi wire even Ø 0.8 mm with a 4m torch. This torch can be used on any mode.
The detection of the Push-Pull torch is made by a simple press on the trigger.
When using a potentiometer controlled push-pull torch, the interface's settings allow you to set the maximum value of the adjustment range.
The torch's potentiometer can then be used to adjust between 50% and 100% of this value.

- Spool Gun torch (option ref. 041486)
The Spool Gun torch is connected to the connector (FIG 1 - 14).
This torch can be used only in synergic, standard and manual mode.
- In manual mode, the knob to adjust the wire speed is on the torch (adjustment cannot be done on the machine).
- In synergic mode, the adjusting knob enables to amend the wire speed between 50% to 100% of the interface value.
The detection of the Push-Pull torch is made by a simple press on the trigger.

- Open the case (1), remove the support nut (2).
- Untighten the reel brake nut (3).
- Insert your reel.
- To insert the wire in the rollers, put a tension on the «adjustment screw for rollers
tension (4)»
- Remove the torch wire by reeling the reel.
- Plug in the Spool gun command connector and power connector
