In contrast to memory 1–7 this memory is not
used to precisely analyze an individual training
unit but rather to analyze the "training discipline"
over a longer period (How regularly have I
trained in a certain week or month?).
Your ONYX FIT saves the most important total
values of the training units you have completed
over the following periods of time:
k Per week (up to 12 weeks)
k Per month (up to 12 months)
k Since reset
For this the following values are displayed for
the desired period of time:
k Number of training units
k Total training time
k Average training time
k Kcal
