Getting started
Bodyclock Luxe is supplied with the following options already set to get
you started:
•
A daily alarm at 07:00.
•
A 0-minute sunrise reaching 80% brightness to wake you naturally.
•
A 0-minute sunset with gradually fading light to help you fall asleep.
•
A display that's dim during the night and brighter during the day.
Here's how to set up Bodyclock Luxe for the first time.
To set the time
•
First, connect the mains power adaptor to the socket on the base of
the unit, and feed the power cable through the channel provided.
•
Plug in the mains power adaptor and switch on at the mains.
