Congratulations on the purchase of your Regatta Oxford Pro Rower from Skandika!
Skandika The Skandika range of training equipment is a high quality and durable product line which ap-
peals to users with top of the line materials and professional workmanship. Skandika equipment is very
well suited for fitness training in your own home.
The Skandika rower improves your cardiovascular system while protecting your joints and stimulating
your metabolism. This provides you more fitness and well-being.
Please read these instructions thoroughly before you assemble or use the device.
Safety notes
ATTENTION: Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program with this equipment.
• Should you give this device to another person, it is vital that you also pass on these instructions for
use.
• Place the device on a solid and level surface.
• Children must be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.
• The device may only be operated indoors.
• The device is only suitable for use in private homes. If used commercially, no warranty will be granted.
• Do not use the device in wet vicinity or if you are wet. The use near by a swimming or whirl pool or in
close range to a sauna is dangerous and may eliminate warranty claims.
Always wear a close fitting exercise outfit to avoid entanglement with the machine. Also always wear

non slip shoes and never exercise with bare feet, in socks or with Flip-Flops.
• This item may only be used by one person at a time.
• Please check before use that all parts are functioning correctly. Do not use the device if this is not
the case.
• If you should feel unwell during exercise, stop immediatelyand consult your physician.
• Only use original spare parts from the manufacturer.
• In case you want to protect the surface against dirt or scratches, we recommend the use of a suitable
mat (carpet, foil etc.) placed under the device.
• Only use this device for the assigned purpose as described in this manual.
