Before you begin

Thank you for choosing one of our products. Although the quality of our products is checked on a re-
gularly base, we cannot eliminate each possible mistake completely. If you shoud find any product is
incomplete or defective, please contact your dealer. Please follow the safety hints and instruction given
in this manual in order to use the device correctly and effectively.
1. The power supply must be idenctical to the standards of the device (220 V to 240 V / 50 Hz).
2. The device does not contain a transformer. Therefore the used power supply must be able to provide
6 ampere. Do not use the same power supply together with other appliances.
3. Place the device on an even and solid underground.
4. The device must not be used by children without surveillance and should not be in the range of small
children during operation.
5. In case of any defect or unusual behaviour of the device - especially in case of problems with the
power cord-, please contact us directly.
Keep humidity and water away from the appliance. For cleaning, a lightly damped cloth is sufficient.

7. Never use the appliance if your hands are wet.
8. Do not transport / move the device during operation or when power on.
If the device is not in use, disconnect the main connection. Risk of short circuit or fire!

10. Do not insert object into the openings of the device.
11. People weighing more than 120 kg (264 lb.) are not allowed to use this appliance!
12. This item may only be used by one person at a time.
13. Do not start your exercise on an empty stomach and dring sufficient amounts of mineral water!
14. If you are ill or hurt, do not use the device.
15. People who are suffering from diabetes, cancer or other diseases should contact their physician
before using this device.
16. Do not start to exercise after drinking alcohol.
17. Disabled persons should only exercise, if another person can provide support during exercise.
18. The device is only suitable for use in private homes. If used commercially, no warranty will be gran-
ted.
19. The device may only be repaird by authorized service personnel.
20. In case of any questions regarding this device, please contact your dealer or the service mentioned
in this manual.
