FIRST USE
1.
Remove all packaging materials
and any transport safety devices.
2.
Confirm that all accessories men-
tioned have been supplied.
3.
Plug the lead cable into the socket
on the appliance first and then
connect it to a wall socket that
corresponds to the indications on
the rating plate.
4.
Switch the appliance on using
the temperature selector. The red
indicator light lights up and the
appliance starts to heat up.
PREPARING CRÊPES
1.
Prepare the dough for crêpes
according to the basic recipe.
2.
Connect the plug of the appliance
to the wall socket and switch the
appliance on using the tempera-
ture selector switch.
3.
The red indicator light indicates
that the appliance is heating up.
The indicator light turns off as
soon as the appliance achieves
the desired temperature.
4.
Put approx. 150 to 175 ml (cor-
responding to a soup ladle) of the
prepared dough in the centre of
the baking plate and distribute

5.
When the indicator light turns off,
the Crêpes Maker is ready for use.
6.
Allow the appliance to heat up
for a while, in order to eliminate
possible manufacturing residues.
Make sure the room is well ventila-
ted during this process. After the
initial heating process the appli-
ance might show signs of wear,
which do not affect its features
and do not constitute a reason for
rejection.
7.
Let the appliance cool off for a
while.
8.
Clean all parts with a damp
cloth, as described in the chapter
„Cleaning and care".
9.
Clean the baking plate with a
damp cloth and oil it slightly.
Further oiling is not necessary due
to the coating of the plate.

der. Always move the spreader in
circles to achieve an even baking
result. This process might need
some practice.
