FIRST USE

4.1 Checking motor rotation direction
- Leave the mode with maintained pressure control.
- Check the rotation direction of the motor using the foil switches or the control point. In case of wrong rotation
direction, reverse the V and W conductors on the SD250 control box.
- Check the rotation direction with the individual control points. In case of wrong rotation direction, reverse the
conductors and
4.2 Limit switch adjustment
Check the correct wiring of the limit switches on the control box and adjust them.
4.3 Choice of operating mode
The choice of operating mode is made using the DSW1 mini-switch located at the top right of the PCB.
The control box is supplied in pressure maintained mode.
• Maintained pressure control mode
DSW1 to OFF (no shunt 3)
- Open: press and hold the
control point.
- Closing: press and hold the
control point.
• Mixed mode (CAUTION: only allowed if
there are no crushing points, no shearing,
lifting as defined in EN 12453 (e.g. grid
with projecting parts and susceptible of
lifting a person...). Non-respect of these
recommendations results in a situation of
danger likely to lead to death or serious
injury. The choice of this mode is the full
responsibility of the installer.
DSW1 on ON + shunt 3
- Open: press the button on SD250 or on
the control point.
- Closing: press and hold the
SD250 or on the control point.
- Stop: Press button on SD250 or on
external STOP button during movement.

MAINTENANCE
PROBLEMS
When you give an impulse on the foil
switches, the motor does not react to
the command.
