3 SD250 WIRING
3.1 Information for all SD250 range
For any handling inside the control box, follow the following instructions:
- Unscrew the 2 screws located on the left of the case
- Unscrew the 2 right screws halfway
- Gently open the lid of the control box, the 2 right screws serving as a hinge
- Disconnect the connection interface by holding the black connector and pulling slightly towards you (on the version
with foil switches).
CAUTION:
- Do not pull directly on the connection.
- To facilitate connection, when the control box is put into service, remove the cover and use the screwdriver supplied
with the control box.
- To reconnect the black connector: point the white mark on the edge of the connector towards the J8 mark on the
electronic board.
- If the foil switches are connected upside down, the electronic board will not be damaged but the foil switches will
not work.
The control box must be installed visually and out of the danger area of movement.
The SD250 control box has been designed to be wired with conductors of 1.5 mm² cross-section. It is recommended
to hold the motor wires (U - V - W) using a clamp.
To maintain the tightness of the enclosure, only run one cable through each cable gland and check that it is tightened.
The green/yellow wires of the cables are for earth connection only. They must therefore under no circumstances be
used for other applications.
3.2 Wiring of power supply and motor
