Mounting escutcheons and locking cylinders

Remount the escutcheons.

Place the lock cylinder in, and keep in mind that the cylinder's locking nose is in the middle position
(Pic. 10).

Fix the locking cylinder into place with the Cylinder fixing screw.
The electric multi-point lock 819 is now fully mounted.
Testing the electric multi-point lock 819

Test all functions of the electric multi-point lock 819.

Check whether the latch and auxiliary latch bolt of the lock are pushed back by the same impact edge.

Check whether all bolts can freely extend and retract without transverse shear stress after installation
(Pic. 7).
The electric multi-point lock 819 is fully mounted and tested for functionality.
