Different recipes or different
ingredients can have significant
effects when making bread. The
colour of the mixture will darken a
lot if there is a lot of sugar.
Do not add very glutinous ingredients to the
bread.
Check the water and the multicooker's
mechanisms
If the colour of the mixture is too dark because the
mixture contains too much sugar, press the button
START/STOP to interrupt the programme 5-10
minutes before the planned stopping time. Before
removing the bread or cake it must be left in the
baking pan for 20 minutes with the lid closed.
