Problem
The generator
does not start.
The generator
supplies no or too
little voltage.
Unusual noises,
vibrations or smells
are observed
when the power
generator is
running.

There is no petrol in
the tank.
The Petrol cock is
closed.
The petrol supply is
disrupted.
The automatic oil
shut-off system
is preventing the
generator from
starting.
The spark plug is
dirty or worn out.
The air filter is dirty.
The power generator
is faulty.
The Eco mode is
switched on.

Resolving the problem
Fill the tank with petrol (see
chapter "Filling the tank with
petrol").
Open the Petrol cock (see chapter
"Starting the power generator").
Contact a qualified technician.
Check the engine oil level (see
chapter "Checking the engine oil
level").
Clean the spark plug or replace
it (see chapter "Cleaning and
replacing the spark plug").
Clean the air filters (see chapter
"Cleaning the air filter").
Contact the manufacturer at the
service address mentioned on the
warranty card or a technician.
Press the Eco switch on the right
side to the "MAX" position (see
chapter "Eco mode").
