Accessories
Clamping systems with flat clamps and vertical clamps are
available as accessories to ensure a safe clamping of the
workpieces.
The order numbers of the accessories listed below can be
found in the Festool catalogue or on the Internet under
"www.festool-usa.com".
Flat clamp, clamping element MFT-SP
This clamping system set consists of two flat clamps and two
steadying devices (fig. 12). The steadying devices can be
inserted in the rear set of holes in place of the angle stop and
are screwed into place from below with a grip knob. The rubber
rest faces the workpieces and is the actual steadying device.
The flat clamps are inserted into a hole to match the workpiece
width with their clamping levers open and screwed into place
from below with a grip knob. The clamping shoe is pressed
against the workpiece when the clamping lever is moved.
Workpieces can also be clamped at random angles against
the angle stop with the vertical clamps.
The lateral clamping of the workpieces enables safe and easy
unhampered surface processing (e.g. sanding).
Screw clamp FSZ
Workpieces can be clamped vertically on the working table
with the FSZ screw clamps.
Insert the clamping bow of the screw clamp into a hole in the
perforated plate from above and clamp the workpiece from
above with the pressure pad (Fig. 13).
Length stop MFT-LA
Routing or sawing work with a constant distance to the guide
rail can be simply and easily carried out using the length stop
MFT-LA.
The MFT-LA can be fitted at any point around the profile frame.
Fit the stop on the right side of the table to cut parts of equal
length to size or for routing at a constant distance (Fig. 14).
The stop can be swivelled out of the way after adjustment,
enabling unhindered processing of the workpiece.
Sliding stop AR-MFT (1 included in delivery)
One or several sliding stops can be slid onto the stop ruler
and clamped with the clamping lever (15.1) in an arbitrary
position. The stop plate (15.2) can be away swung to put the
sliding stop out of action.
