EURO 3000/3060 only
Clean the knife covering plate, the bottom plate and the honeycomb plate.
The spikes of the honeycomb plate can be cleaned best with a brush under
running water.
5.8 Assembly
* Place the knife covering plate and tighten it by turning anti-clockwise.
* Place the end piece holder plate in the end piece holder.
* EURO 3000/3060 > Fix the honeycomb plate to the end piece holder plate.
* Tip the carriage back.
* Place the bottom plate.

Lubrication

Warning !
Rotating knife ! May sever fingers.
Switch off the machine prior to servicing.
Important !
Only use oils released by us for lubrication.
Apply a bit of oil to the following units once a month:
* end piece holder rod (1)
* carriage slide (2)
* carriage rod (3)
