3.3 Connection
* Please check whether the local operating voltage corresponds with the
data rendered on the typeplate. In case of deviations the machine must not
be connected.
* Please check whether the mains fuse meets the data rendered in chapter
2.2. In case of deviations the machine must not be connected.
* Plug the mains plug into the socket provided.
3.4

Checking the machine

* Please check the safety equipment in keeping with chapter 1.9.
* Please check whether the machine is operational when switched on. Does
the machine itself or the support start creeping ? In the affirmative, ensure a
more solid support (see chapter 3.2).
3.5 Checking the sense of rotation
* Please check the sense of rotation of the knife.
* The knife has to rotate towards you (to stop).
* If the knife does not rotate correctly, the phase inverter in the plug has to
be turned by 180 degrees or an electrician has to change the phase.
* Please check the sense of rotation again.
