"MIRROR" function.
When real images are displayed, press the button
mirror images.
This function is possible only in LIVE mode.
NOTE: The relevant icon (B) appears on the display to signal this
function has been activated.
"FREEZE" function.
This camera allows images to be frozen on the monitor.
This function can be activated in different ways:
• With the foot control ( see paragraph 5.2.).
• By tapping the touch button [ g ] on the camera's handpiece.
NOTE: the OSD control panel (see paragraph 5.8.1.) can be used
to select if the touch button [ g ] is to be activated or deactivated leaving
only operation with the foot control operative.
In order to go back to the "live" image, simply tap the button again or
actuate the foot control.
These images can be displayed in two different ways: single image or
multi image.
In the latter mode, the screen is divided into four parts and 4 frozen images
are displayed simultaneously.
Setting single image or multi image mode.
With the camera turned on and set to LIVE mode, simply press the left
multifunction button to change over from single image to multi image mode
(and vice versa).
The icon for the selected mode appears at the multifunction button:
- icon : single image mode activated,
- icon : multi image mode activated.
NOTE: The relative icon appears in the top right-hand corner of
the monitor to signal multi image mode has been selected.
Operation in single image mode.
• Take out the camera in LIVE mode and set to single image mode, the
"live" image appears on the monitor:
- Tap the touch button [ g ] on the camera's handpiece (or actuate the foot
control) to freeze the image which is immediately displayed on the monitor,
deleting any previous images.
- Press the right multifunction button (
NOTE: The last image frozen remains on the monitor even if the
camera is put back in place.
Operation in multi image mode.
• If the camera is withdrawn when set to LIVE and multi imagine mode, the
"live" image is displayed and the icon with the number of the storage page
active (e.g. 1) appears in the top right-hand corner of the monitor:
- press button MENU ( ) to change the storage page rotating amongst
the 4 pages available.
