The battery for your hedge trimmer is sup-
plied only partially charged and must be
properly charged for the first time before
use. For the initial charge, it is recom-
mended to charge the battery for 3 – 5
hours. Plug the battery into the socket and
connect the charger to the mains power.

Disconnect at the plug when the battery is
fully charged and disconnect the charger
from the equipment. The charging time is
3 – 5 hours.

Do not leave the battery to charge con-
tinuously. This could damage the battery
cells.
Note: Constant recharging of small ca-
pacities can damage the battery cells.
Recharge only when the equipment runs
too slowly.
