Wall and Ceiling Mount

If installing the door controller on a wall, make sure the cut-out for the cables is facing
downward.
1. If using a junction box, install the junction box before installing the network door
controller. For UL compliance, the junction box shall be UL Listed.
2. If required, remove the cover screw, insert a slotted screwdriver into the cover removal
slot and remove the cover. See Hardware overview on page 15.
3. Make marks for the screw holes in the ceiling/wall, using the base as a template.
4. If required, drill holes for the screws.
5. Mount the base on the wall or ceiling. Make sure that the screws and plugs are
appropriate for the material (e.g. wood, metal, sheet rock, stone).
